Service Guidelines

Safety First
All car seats are cleaned in accordance with manufacturer guidelines using gentle, non-toxic methods whenever possible. We do not perform repairs or modifications. If a seat shows signs of damage, missing parts, mold, or compromised safety, we may decline service in order to protect your child.

Our Cleaning Approach
Each car seat is carefully inspected, cleaned, and reassembled with attention to detail. Harness straps and safety components are handled with particular care and are never treated in a way that could compromise their integrity. While we always aim for the best results, some stains or odors may remain depending on the condition of the seat.

Your Responsibility
After return, we ask that you inspect your car seat and ensure all components are properly positioned. Clients are responsible for proper installation of the seat in their vehicle. By booking, you confirm the seat has not been involved in a severe accident and is safe to be cleaned.

Pickup & Cancellations
Car seats are picked up in the evening and returned the following morning unless otherwise arranged. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee, though we always aim to be understanding when possible.
